Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Shipping Costs Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@taevani.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@taevani.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
